For sale is a like new, factory built, AK style, rifle manufactured in the former Yugoslavia and imported by Mitchell Arms Inc., in Santa Ana, CA. 

This unique rifle was originally detained by the US Customs Service during the 1989 ban but was later released and remarked as an M90 to allow for entry into the USA. This rifle came to the present owner through a collector's estate sale as reportedly unfired, and upon inspection, does appear to be unfired.  The rifle has been held as a showcase display piece and has not been fired by its present owner either.

 This is a very clean rifle with absolutely gorgeous wood furniture and only minor imperfections arising from its original storage in a gun safe. Rifle comes with a 30 round magazine, the original oiling and cleaning kit and a proof of authenticity certificate.

Ownership transfer must go through an authorized FFL and that FFL must be able to accept the rifle from an individual seller with just a copy of an official state drivers license and simple bill of sale.
